We're sorry but due to unpredictability with shipping carriers, we can't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. We recommend buying before the 3rd of December for the best chance of the item reaching you in time!

How long will it take my order to ship?

Shirts take 2 – 7 days to print and ship. All other items are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.

Will there be customs due on my order?

It is likely, please check with your local services to find out what fees might apply. 

We do not collect and remit EU VAT, so if you order from the EU please be aware that VAT and customs duties will need to be paid before your package can be delivered. Any packages returned to us with unpaid customs will be refunded minus the cost of postage and packaging. 

I would like to cancel or amend my order, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped we will help you in any way we can. If your order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us, please see our return policy.

Will my order be shipped with tracking?

Clothing is shipped with tracking as standard. All orders over £50 will also be sent with tracking. All other items are not sent with tracking as standard, in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout to tracked.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your item has tracking which hasn’t updated in a while please contact your local post office to request a search for the package.

The maximum amount of time it should take for a package without tracking to reach you is as follows:

If this time elapses and your package still hasn’t arrived get in touch with us. We will be able to arrange a replacement for the lost items or a refund.
